CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

SALES MANAGER

Art of Translation is recruiting a Sales Manager with at least two years of business-to-business development experience. The position requires expertise at building accounts and relationships with executives, managers and owners of businesses of all sizes, across many industries. The following credentials are required:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating new leads and account building
  • Effectively prospecting in new and existing accounts selling new opportunities
  • Facilitating proposal development
  • Working closely with your Project Manager to ensure open lines of communication with the client
  • Maintaining relationships and networking with existing clients in accounts post-sale. Growing these accounts.
  • Selling effectively over the phone and face-to-face
  • Maintaining personal records of leads, orders and client information

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Must have successfully generated leads and sales in the B2B space, specifically in services industries
  • Be self-motivated, goal oriented, and driven
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages, a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills

RESULTS EXPECTED:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio to meet annual sales quota
  • Use of cold calling and internet research to create leads, identify prospective customers, develop contacts and build new client relationships
  • Work with interested clients to determine their needs and objectives
  • Develop sales proposals together with the AOT leadership team that are competitive on cost, timing and range of services
  • Reach out to a wide range of industries on a quarterly basis, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Establish workflow for regular follow-up on leads and existing proposals
  • Attend trade shows and conferences, with systematic follow-up on leads generated
  • Work with the AOT leadership team to ensure timely closure of opportunities
  • Update and maintain database and records of clients, prospects and targeted accounts
